Joyce Herr started a new chapter in her life in March of 2017 when she was diagnosed with cancer. At times, this experience led her through some deep valleys with dark and threatening shadows. She found herself in need of courage and a source of strength beyond her own to be able to press on.In Praising God in the Valley, Herr shares her story telling about the challenges she faced, the hope and peace God gave her, the many lessons God taught her through cancer that ultimately enriched her life, and other unexpected blessings of the journey.
