Annotation
I was nothing. Like so many more animals, tucked away from public view, hidden in hot garages, desolate locations and cages. I was nothing more than a money making machine. I was starved, neglected, void of kind, humane contact. My job was to produce a product that could reap the best rewards with very little investment. I had to produce beautiful and desirable, registered pups to be sold around the world to the highest bidder. As for me, I was disposable. I had to produce as many litters of pups as possible. When I could no longer produce what the owner wanted; my life was over or so I thought!
