This book is a must-read for everyone who wants to understand how to live healthy in our day and age. Hosea 4:6 says "My people are destroyed from lack of knowledge." It is true that some health conditions don't entirely depend on the actions of people, but there are so many health conditions that can be avoided with the correct information. The purpose of this book is to give the readers a basic understanding of the top ten causes of death in the world as well as actions that can be taken to prevent them. To keep the interest of the reader, the author uses fictional stories to illustrate how some of the disease conditions can present and how it can affect the lives of those who have these conditions.
