Epoxy resin are one of the most useful materials in the polymer industry. The cross-linking characteristic of these materials gives rise to materials with excellent properties such as superior mechanical properties, high thermal stability, low shrinkage, chemical and solvent resistance and low toxicity. The polyethers derived from epoxy resins have found a wide range of applications in different fields like, aerospace, electronics, automotive, construction, 3-D printing and industrial tooling, to name a few examples.
