Out of so many options, one option is creating immunity in the absence of a real vaccine. So immunizing human health and life can be and would be the most important option in combating COVID-19. Now the question is how to build up this hard immunity. The present book takes into account accumulated facts, information and technology to describe green vegetables as a fresh source and booster of human immunity free from application of pernicious chemicals in the form of pesticides, fertilizers etc. The food should be strong enough to contribute to one's immunity.
