This collection of essays is a compilation of the latest research in first-year composition, including pedagogy, praxis, debate, and assessment. Originally begun as a collection of panel presentations from the Rocky Mountain Modern Language Association annual conference, it has since evolved to include innovative pedagogy regardless of presentation status.
