The book is about different fruits and vegetables children should try. Most children dislike fruits and vegetables of all kinds before they even taste them. They also don't realize how good they really are and how good they are for them. In this book they will learn how good some fruits and vegetables are, what vitamins they have and how they are good for their little bodies. It also lets them know what can be made with them and find out they are made into something they have already tried. It has a little humor to it as the mother explains the fruits and vegetable to her son, who swears he hates all fruits and vegetables. Once he tries them he comes to realize his mother was right, you can't dislike something you've never tried before. This book hopefully will help your child understand just the basic knowledge about some fruits and vegetable and how they are healthy for them, besides just tasting great.
