Whilst the greatest effort has been made to ensure the quality of this text, due to the historical nature of this content, in some rare cases there may be minor issues with legibility. At a meeting of Company C, held at Montsurs, France, on January 5, 1919, it was voted that a history of the Company be prepared and published. It was decided to use the Company funds for the purpose. The undertaking from the beginning has had the helpful co-operation and approval of the Captain. Walter H. Derry, the artist member of the Company, drew the artistic cover designs and other sketches for the history. Albert D. Osborn was elected editor.<br><br>The following members have made contributions:<br><br>Captain Alson Shantz, Charles P. Connors, George H. Heath, Lyle L. Hardman, Kent E. Mendell, Harold W.
