Whilst the greatest effort has been made to ensure the quality of this text, due to the historical nature of this content, in some rare cases there may be minor issues with legibility. Most of the sections in Part II are printed in four styles of type. A bold-faced type is used for the title of the sections; ordinary type in giving the pro-visions of the law or laws referred to by the title; at smaller sized ordinary type for further explanations of the law, the substance of judicial opinions, and other com ments; and italics for the citations of law and judicial opinions, and for references to other portions of the manual and to other literature.
