Whilst the greatest effort has been made to ensure the quality of this text, due to the historical nature of this content, in some rare cases there may be minor issues with legibility. Personally I believe that the contractors and workers who aided in the completion of the Woolworth Building are rightfully proud of their part in the work, not merely because of the magnitude of the undertaking but also because of the exacting conditions that were demanded of them. But in quality of work and material, in speed and resourcefulness, each contractor fulfilled all conditions, thus giving him the rightful title of Master Builder.
